These terms cover your purchase and use of Book Writer from TomeHollow ("we," "us"), a small, US-based software workshop. By buying or using Book Writer, you agree to them.
You're buying a personal, lifetime license to use Book Writer. It's a one-time payment, not a subscription. Your license key is for your own use. Please don't share, resell, or distribute your key or the app to others.
After your purchase, you'll receive an email with a download link and your license key, usually within a couple of minutes. If it doesn't arrive, check your spam folder or contact us and we'll sort it out.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If Book Writer isn't for you, email us within 30 days of your purchase and we'll refund you in full, no questions asked.
Your purchase includes future updates to Book Writer at no extra cost. We may add, change, or retire features over time as the app grows.
Use Book Writer for lawful purposes. Please don't try to reverse-engineer it, work around the license system, or redistribute the software.
Book Writer runs on Windows and is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We work hard to make it reliable, but we can't guarantee it will be error-free or suitable for every purpose. Please keep your own backups of your writing.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, TomeHollow is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost data, arising from your use of Book Writer. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the app.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which TomeHollow operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the date at the top. Continued use of Book Writer after an update means you accept the revised terms.
